Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

Yeah! We offer free shipping with tracking to all destinations in the world. We operate a global production network, which helps us deliver everything for free.

When will my order arrive? 

Shipping times are approximate and is dependent on your location and your postal office. Once the packages reaches your country, your local postal office is responsible for delivering your package.

US, Canada, Mexico: 6-11 Business days

UK: 6-11 Business days

EU: 10-14 Business days

Rest of the world: 14 Business days 

If you have any issues with your shipment after your package reaches your country, please contact your local postal office for inquiries.

When the order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Where does Knowledgekanvas ship?

We ship our packages worldwide. Shipping time varies based on where you are located.

Most orders are shipped locally from one of our production facilities located in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Spain. 

HOW LONG IS ORDER PROCESSING, AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing your order generally takes about 3-5 business days. Your order is always processed within 9 business days.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at knowledgekanvas@gmail.com within 24 hours after you purchased your product.

We will email you within 48 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions.

Once we shipped your order, you can unfortunately not cancel or modify your order. 

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES?

Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipping Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Do not worry, please send us an email with pictures of the damages to  knowledgekanvas@gmail.com . We will work hard to get this resolved immediately.

HOW DOES YOUR CANVAS ART ARRIVE?

Your canvas arrives stretched onto wood - depending on your frame choice it either comes with or without a floating frame on. All art pieces are ready to hang as soon as you receive it.

I DIDN'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE FROM THE POST OFFICE AND IT'S BEING RETURNED TO YOU. 

If your package is being returned to us because you did not collect it from your postal office on time, please contact us at  knowledgekanvas@gmail.com . We can reissue your order for a shipping fee. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

If you would like to return your package, please contact our customer service team at  knowledgekanvas@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of placing your order. Our team will provide you with further instructions for returning your order.

We will send you a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting it. As per our Refund Policy we do not pay for return shipping.
